Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched within the quoted timeframes (typically 6-8 weeks for made to order items). If there are any foreseen delays, we will contact you personally to make you aware.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail on a 'Tracked' basis, Royal Mail do not class an item as 'lost' until 14 working days after dispatch. If this timeframe has passed, please contact us at babbleandbloomclothing@gmail.com so we can investigate with Royal Mail. If you are still within this timeframe, please refrain from contacting us as we are unable to do anything until the 14 working days have passed.
