Whether you're new to the world of handmade clothing or you're a seasoned shopper, we've compiled answers to some of the most common questions we receive. Ordering & Shipping FAQ's
How long after ordering should I expect my items?
We take great care in crafting each item to order. When a fabric is not in stock, we arrange for it to be printed and shipped to us, which can take 2-3 weeks. Once the fabric arrives, we cut, sew, and prepare your order for dispatch.
While our usual dispatch time is faster than the 6-8 week turnaround we advertise, we include this window to account for any potential delays with international shipping. Should there be any unforeseen delays that may extend beyond this timeframe, we will proactively reach out to keep you updated every step of the way.

Why do the prices vary?
We order fabric by the metre, and simply put—larger sizes require more fabric! While we strive to keep pricing the same for all adult sizes, plus-size clothing does use more fabric, which is why there may be a price difference for these sizes.
For our kids’ items, fabric usage can vary significantly based on the style and size, so prices for children’s clothing can also differ.

Can I add to an existing order?
Yes, you can add to an existing order! We offer free UK (excluding Northern Ireland) postage, so there’s no extra postage cost for additional orders. Please note that the turnaround time will be based on the most recent order you added.
For international orders, postage charges would apply. If you've already paid for postage on the additional orders (applicable to international customers only), we will happily refund any extra postage charges.
Simply send us an email after placing your order, and we’ll be glad to combine them for you!

Do you ship to the EU or Northern Ireland?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at the moment. Due to the EU’s new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), it’s currently not financially viable for us to offer shipping to these areas. This regulation is impacting many small businesses, and we’re actively working behind the scenes to find a solution.

How do I order prints I’ve seen on your socials which aren’t on the website?
Great question! First, be sure to check out our Facebook group, where we have a VIP Prints folder with lots of exclusive designs not available on the website.
We have over 2,000 prints (yes, it’s a lot!), and it’s just not feasible to have them all available at once. We update both the website and the VIP prints folder on a quarterly basis, so keep an eye out—your favourite print might pop up soon!
Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any specific print requests.

Do you offer anything other than handmade?
Yes, we do! In addition to our handmade creations, we are a licensed band merchandise reseller and are approved with several different companies. While we primarily offer band merchandise, this also includes popular culture items like Disney, Marvel, Harry Potter, and more!
Licensed merchandise is available on a pre-order basis, so be sure to keep an eye on our VIP Facebook group to stay updated on when new items go live!

Can I request bespoke customisation, such as longer length or a smaller waist?
Absolutely! One of the benefits of handmade clothing is the ability to tailor it to your specific needs. We understand that everyone’s shape and size are different, and we will do our best to accommodate your customisation requests.
Please note that any changes that deviate from our standard patterns will make the item bespoke, and as such, they are non-returnable unless there’s a fault with the product.

Subscription FAQ's
Can I choose likes/dislikes for prints in my subscription?
Typically, the prints for our subscription are the same for all subscribers. However, we do our best to accommodate likes and dislikes where possible. If you have any preferences, feel free to let us know, and we’ll try to tailor your selection as much as we can!

Can I change sizing mid-subscription, or do I need to cancel and re-subscribe?
Yes, you can absolutely change your size mid-subscription! We’re happy to accommodate whatever works best for you. You can simply get in touch with us to request the size change, or if you prefer, you can cancel and re-subscribe.
The only time we may not be able to accommodate a size change is if you're moving from a 4-5y to a 5-6y+ size, as the pricing differs for those sizes.

General FAQ's
What are the different fabric bases?
Cotton Lycra (CL) – the most common of fabric bases we use. A soft and stretchy base.
French Terry (FT) – a slightly heavier weight fabric with slightly less stretch. Perfect for lighter weight hoodies and jumpers!
Rib Knit – a super soft, lightweight and stretchy fabric. Perfect for lounge sets (or summer sets!)
Swim – as it says! Swim suitable fabric, UPV50 rated
Sweatshirt – A smooth front and fluffy backed cotton/polyester blend. Perfect for snuggly hoodies and jumpers.

Is the swim fabric sun-safe?
Yes! Our swimwear is made from UPF50-rated fabric, providing you with extra protection from the sun!
